If defective digital content that we have supplied on this Website damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation up to a maximum amount of £300.

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to us or otherwise used as permitted by law. Intellectual property rights means rights, such as copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world).

Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the Website or the intellectual property rights in materials which are available on the Website, other than as necessary to enable you to access the Website. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Website for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others to content posted on our Website.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
