Nicco handles all things community and events at Florence Dock. When asked what he loves about being part of Folk, Nicco said "There's something very special about the community here. Working with our residents to craft our events schedule makes it feel really unique, and their passion for getting involved and sharing their skills inspires me and makes my work even more fulfilling."

Front of House - Days

Ethlin is a shining light at the Front Desk at Sunday Mills. She's responsible for welcoming residents home, responding to any questions or concerns, and making sure everything in the building is running smoothly.

Front of House - Nights

Kyra is our Night Receptionist, and residents' go-to for anything in and around The Palm House. She says "My favourite thing about my job is getting to spread the concept of co-living, seeing the residents interact and socialise with each other and building a really strong community."

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Community Manager who's looking to take their career to the next level.

 

Based in our Earslfield co-living space, Sunday Mills, you'll play a big part in our mission to make residential communities amazing places to live by:

 

- Being the friendly, professional face of the building, working with the Front of House team to care for the property like it’s your own.

- Taking the lead on daily tasks to make sure residents have an outstanding experience.

- Inspiring and energizing your team to perform at their best.

- Supporting the Community & Operations Manager to build trust and confidence with investors.

 

You will be a natural relationship builder. You’ll have a can-do, positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team – but also be able to take responsibility and work independently.
